Issues aside, guest posting is low hanging fruit and I recommend some guest posting to get backlinks to your site fast and early.

HARO technically doesn’t ask for guest posts, but it’s still a great way to share quotes or some content and safe backlinks.

You can also find websites that write in your niche. If you contribute regularly, there’s a chance you’ll build some relationships that could lead to full guest article submissions.

If you have a tool like SEMRush or Ahrefs, you can find out where your competitors are getting their backlinks from.

The Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a Realtor group within NAR that targets agents 40 and under (although you can join at any age). They have “The Lounge” which contains various articles about real estate.

As members of NAR and YPN, you can email articles or ideas that you would like to see published on any topic related to real estate sales or best practices.
